About Longo Group

We are the largest used car retailer in the Baltic region, offering the most extensive selection of vehicles. Established in 2018, we have grown to employ over 140 professionals and achieved an impressive revenue of 47.8 million euros in 2023. Our headquarters are based in Latvia, from where we manage 9 subsidiaries companies across Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Since our inception, our mission has been to set a new standard of quality in the used car retail sector in the Baltic region, ensuring a transparent, reliable, and exceptional car-buying experience for our customers, both online and in person.

The Origins of Longo

We were founded in 2018, recognizing the substantial growth potential in the untapped and underdeveloped used car market. Co-founder Edgars Cērps, along with strategic investors, saw a strong need for a trustworthy player in the sector, which led to the creation of Longo.

Edgars Cērps returned to Latvia after building an international career, bringing his expertise to establish a business in his home country. With a degree from the prestigious INSEAD business school in France and Singapore, and experience at Bain & Company and Nokia Corporation, he envisioned creating a large-scale, successful regional company.

Our growth has not gone unnoticed – the Financial Times recognized us in the FT 1000: Europe’s fastest-growing companies, ranking us among Europe’s top growth companies in 2024.
